Refund & Return Policy – Pickfour.nl

At Pickfour.nl, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund conditions carefully before placing an order.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
- We only accept returns if the item you received is damaged or defective.
- To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of damage (such as clear photos of the item and packaging) is required.
- If your return is approved:
- You must first send the damaged item back to us at your own cost.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will either:
- Send you a replacement (if available), or
- Provide a full refund, including your original order’s shipping costs.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns or refunds for items that are not damaged.
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
- Contact us at pickfour.nl@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
- Return the product securely in its original packaging, at your own shipping cost.
- After we inspect and confirm the damage, we will process your replacement or refund within 14 days.
4. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of the damaged item.
- If the return is approved, we will refund the product price and your original order shipping costs (but not the return postage).
